STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT BASED ON BUCKLEY'S FUZZY AHP AND SWOT: EXAMPLE OF THE CONGREGATION OF THE MISSIONARIES OF THE SACRED HEART

Strategic priorities are commonly implemented by both profit and non-profit institutions, but rarely employed religious congregations. The congregation of the Missionaries Sacred Heart (MSC), an institution in Catholic Church, has undertaken empirical study, using a combination SWOT fuzzy-Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) methodologies. Four strategies were employed. First, strategy S-O (30.1%), aimed at intensifying improving our human resources order to enrich lives all members. Second, we adopted S-T (25.8%) that focused on Spirituality empower fraternal community. Third, W-T (24.1%) strengthening throughout entire MSC family. Finally, used W-O (20.1%) strengthen networking while also revitalizing family ministry. A sensitivity analysis confirmed SO alternative as main strategy. Internally, is quite strong more needs be done deepen among researchers recommend conducting further study about how they perceive pastoral ministry understand vision.
